Recognizing Our Donors
°Ä²Êͼ¿â would not exist, or be the incredible school and community that it is today, without the philanthropic foresight of our founding families and many others who followed them - parents and families, loyal alumni, grandfriends and staff - we are grateful for their generosity.
To show our appreciation for our community’s generosity and all that it makes possible here at °Ä²Êͼ¿â, we are delighted to recognize our donors for their support in the following donor recognition societies. All donor circle members will be recognized in the Annual Report and invited to a special annual recognition reception.
Cumulative Giving @ °Ä²Êͼ¿â = The Wernham-West Society
Named in honour of °Ä²Êͼ¿â's first founding family, The Wernham-West Society recognizes °Ä²Êͼ¿â community members who have made cumulative gifts of $100,000 or more to the school. Some of these donors have been involved with the school since it began; others are new to the school community. Each name is represented on the beautiful Wernham-West Society wall, which has pride of place at the front of the school on the main floor.
Annual Giving @ °Ä²Êͼ¿â = The °Ä²Êͼ¿â Circle
The °Ä²Êͼ¿â Circle is our annual leadership giving society that honours our donors making an annual donation of $2,000 and more to the school within our fiscal year (July 1 to June 30). The Circle’s recognition levels are named for Canada’s great parks, in recognition of °Ä²Êͼ¿â’s commitment to the outdoors and the environment. Donors are recognized at the following levels:
Banff Society $25K+
Nahanni Society $10K+
Algonquin Society $5K+
Terra Nova Society $3.5K
Bruce Peninsula Society $2K+
Introducing The Grizzly Circle! New for 2024/25
We are honoured with the growing philanthropy of our young alumni and our dedicated staff. We honour their annual donations of $250 and more to the school within our fiscal year (July 1 to June 30) by inviting them as members of our new Grizzly Circle. This initiative aims to create and celebrate a vibrant community of new supporters dedicated to enhancing the future of °Ä²Êͼ¿â.

Loyal Giving 5+/10+ years @ °Ä²Êͼ¿â = The Loyalty Circle
Donors who have supported °Ä²Êͼ¿â each year for 5 and more consecutive years (at any level of gift) will be recognized as members of the Loyalty Circle. This long standing support is so appreciated by the school and sets an important example for our students, new and current families and alumni.
Planned/Legacy Giving @ °Ä²Êͼ¿â = The Forever Green Circle
The Forever Green Circle recognizes those with the foresight to leave a planned gift for future generations of students through their estate plans.
We acknowledge with gratitude the Ancestral lands upon which our main campus is situated. These lands are the Ancestral territories of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation, Anishinabek and the Wendake. The shared responsibility of this land is honoured in the Dish with One Spoon Treaty and we strive to care for the land, the waters, and all creatures in the spirit of peace. We are responsible for respecting and supporting the enduring presence of all First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples. When away from this campus we vow to be respectful to the land by protecting and honouring it. We will create relationships with the people and the land we may visit by understanding the territories we enter and the nations who inhabit them.
